Windows Server 2022 not shutting down Windows.

It is on a network with a Windows Server 2012 r2 Domain(1st DNS) but isnt joined to that domain, has a static IP address on the firewall & is connected to Ethernet, WiFi is desabled.

Ive tried to re-install Yosemite & Mavericks and all Yosemite seems to do is like a system restore. I've tried the Diognostics but it reports the PC is fine. VMWare Fusion 7 (Allways running my Windows VM for connections to servers, changing student passwords & SIMS etc.) Software allways runnung when it happens: Below is a detailed list of its spec & stuff It usually is when I unlock it, but sometimes can just happend when im simply writing an email. Abit of a wierd one, but I have a Mac Mini (Late 2012) Model that keeps turning itself at random points during the day or night.
